책 소개 버나드는 엄마, 아빠랑 함께 살고 있는 작은 소년입니다. 부모님이 항상 바빠서 버나드랑 함께 시간을 보내지 못합니다. 심지어 괴물이 버나드를 정원에서 잡아먹었지만 이 사실도 부모님은 알지 못합니다. 이 책은 어른과 어린이들이 함께 읽으면서 생각을 많이 하게 하는 동화책입니다. 작가 소개 : David Mckee David Mckee는 우리에게 Elmer 시리즈로 유명한 작가입니다. 이 책에서는 버나드의 방에서 Elmer를 찾을 수 있습니다. 그는 1964년 ‘ Two Can Toucan ' 이라는 책으로 처음 출판하였습니다 . 책을 읽기 전에 monster가 무엇이고 monster 하면 어떤 단어가 떠오르는지 아이에게 물어봅니다.
